Benjamin W. Lund is a partner whose practice includes commercial
transactions, acquisitions and sales, real estate, corporate, tax
and immigration law. He is an authorized agent for First American
Title Insurance Company. Mr. Lund is also actively involved with
the Maine nonprofit community, currently serving on the boards of
The Theater At Monmouth (www.theateratmonmouth.org) (past president
and treasurer) and Friends of Cumston Hall (www.cumstonhall.org).
Past positions include board president of the Natural Resources
Council of Maine (www.nrcm.org), and board member of Portland Performing
Arts, Inc., Portland's Mad Horse Theatre Company and the Campaign
for Sensible Transportation.
